E3 Spiritual Women was born from a deeply personal journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

After the end of a long-term relationship in 2014, founder Yasmeen Nadirah found herself standing at a crossroads — disconnected from herself, emotionally exhausted, and searching for meaning beyond survival mode. What began as a personal healing journey soon became a spiritual awakening rooted in self-worth, emotional healing, inner alignment, and rediscovering the woman she was always meant to be.

Through therapy, mentorship, spiritual development, mindset work, and deep inner healing, Yasmeen began rebuilding her life from the inside out. Along the way, she discovered a powerful calling: helping other women reconnect with themselves, break unhealthy cycles, heal emotional wounds, and step into their highest potential.

Founded in 2020 as part of Elevated Energy Enterprises, E3 Spiritual Women was created as a supportive and empowering space for women seeking healing, clarity, confidence, and transformation.

Today, E3 Spiritual Women blends feminine healing, emotional wellness, spiritual guidance, mindset transformation, and self-worth work to support women through life’s most transformative seasons. Whether navigating heartbreak, identity shifts, emotional burnout, relationship challenges, or personal evolution, our mission is to help women reconnect with their authentic selves and create lives aligned with peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
